Before I knew Rankin was partial owner of Dazed and Confused. I first read about him in a book I bought at Urban Outfitters just on a whim..it was on sale and I needed a book.

Lately,  I have been reading a lot about him in the media. He was recently hired to do celebrity portraits at Wireless Festival in the UK. Apparently  the  celebs were star-struck for a change and lined up for hours to get their picture taken by him. I guess you are kind of a big deal if you’ve even photographed the Queen.

The article is pretty funny. I checked out the website and although it’s probably cheesy I want to get my portrait taken. £50 is well worth the waiting and effort to get to see the man at work.  All of the proceeds go to charity. The location is down the street from my house.  I am seriously concidering this. The only issue is you have to apply and send in a picture.. This is going to be such a hard choice. I know I will regret not attempting to do this.
